3D SPI technology-Automated Optical Inspection Equipment
INSUN SPI using optical principle and triangulation method to check the state of solder paste printing and accuratedly analyze the defects, the core technology is Phase Modulation Profile Measurement(PMP), also known as Phase Shift Profilometry(PSP), is a method based on sinusoidal grating projection, which obtains multi-deformed light field images by discete phase shift, calculates phase distribution according to multi-step phase shift method, and finally obtains high-precision volume measurement results by geometric methods such as triangulations.
N-step phase-shifting algorithm based on white-light moire fringes can provide detection accuracy of 1um level (height resolution 0.37um, 8 bit grayscale) , and two grating heads can deal with reflection and shadows easily.
