HANA Microelectronics Group，Founded in 1978, is a world leading multinational enterprise group in electronic product manufacturing services （EMS）. The company provides IC packaging, microelectronic assembly and testing services, and has factories and offices in China (including Hong Kong), the United States, Thailand, Germany, four countries and regions. With an annual growth rate of no less than 30%, the company has developed into a multinational enterprise with more than 10,000 employees. The Group was listed in Stock market Thailand in 1993.

In early 2019, HANA Microelectronics set up a new factory in Cambodia with an area of about 20,000 square meters. INSUN has exported six sets of equipment to Cambodian factories, including AOI (YS-A6500) and SPI (YS-S7100), and provide local training for half a month to ensure the normal use of equipment in new factories.

To achieve smart connection with printer and mounter, INSUN researched the SPI(high intelligence inspection equipment) software second time to realize close loop and MES data share with site production management system.
